THE STAKES
A TV slot doesn't wait for your supply chain.
A New York-based premium activewear brand secured a featured product placement on Number One, a major US television program with millions of live viewers. The opportunity was career-defining — branded activewear showcased and sold in real time during a primetime broadcast.
But the timeline was brutal. From order confirmation to ex-factory delivery, the brand had 60 days to develop, produce, brand, and ship a full capsule collection: long bra, full-length leggings, flare pants, bra top, and crop tights — each in 3 colorways. That's 15 SKUs and 8,500 total units, all requiring custom hangtags, woven labels, and packaging aligned with broadcast-grade visual standards.
If the product arrived late, the TV slot was gone. If quality failed on camera, the brand's reputation was gone. There was no Plan B.
THE EXECUTION
Parallel everything. Sequential nothing.
Most production timelines are sequential: finalize samples, then source fabric, then begin production, then ship. That pipeline takes 90–120 days. We didn't have 90 days.
JEEN LEEN deployed a compressed parallel pipeline. Pre-production samples were delivered within 14 days for client approval — incorporating every custom branding element to broadcast specifications. While samples were in review, fabric sourcing and bulk cutting were already underway.
Production, quality control, and export logistics ran simultaneously. Every unit passed QC to Western retail standards. Every package met the network's visual requirements. The full order shipped ex-factory within the 60-day window.

THE RESULT
Sold out in one evening. Reordered 70% bigger.
The collection premiered on national television and sold out within a single evening, generating an estimated $425,000 in retail revenue from the initial run. The brand's team reported the collaboration exceeded their sell-through projections.
Based on the first season's performance, the client placed a second order: 9 new silhouettes with a 70% volume increase, bringing total production to approximately 14,400 units. What started as a one-time TV opportunity became an ongoing seasonal production partnership.
